Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 running smartphones are becoming more and more popular as the company is launching it in the secondary markets. As for today, we have gladsome news for those who live in Sweden and Brazil. Consumers from the former country soon will be able to get their hands on the Nokia Lumia 620, while the Lumia 520 is going to hit the Brazilian market as it has got certification.
The Nokia Lumia 620 is a bit older smartphone than the Lumia 520, but the latter is classified as a low-end model, meaning there are many features lacking in the phone. Anyway, the Lumia 620 is said to be available in Sweden via several operators priced at 2500 SEK ($390). It will be launched in three color options including black, yellow and lime green. If you are unaware of its key features, the phone sports a 3.8-inch 800×480 display, a dual-core 1GHz S4 processor, 512MB of RAM, NFC, Wi-Fi, a front-facing camera, and Windows Phone 8.
Readers should remember the Nokia Lumia 520 better, because it was announced only recently at Mobile World Congress and became the hit of the event. It’s known for its awesome features and price tag that was said to vary around EUR 139. Though the Lumia 520 will be launched in Brazil for R$ 599 ($300), which is higher than expected, I guess no one will argue this price tag. This phone can’t boast of many specs like the one mentioned above, but there are several outstanding features you should take into account: a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1GHz chip, a 4-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) LCD display, 512MB RAM, 8GB of expandable storage with microSD support for up to 64GB, a 5MP rear camera without flash, a 1430mAh battery, and WP8 aboard.
